What is Personal Training?​

Personal Training is a holistic approach to achieving your goals. A Personal Trainer takes into consideration your whole lifestyle, including nutrition, sleep, and stress to create a very personalised approach to achieving your goals. You can decide the level of support required from a Personal Trainer, depending on your time and budget, with sessions starting as little as 30 minutes which you can commit to as frequently or infrequently as you'd like.​​​

A 1-2-1 session with a Personal Trainer can help you truly reach your health and fitness goals. We have a range of flexible options including spreading the cost and training with a partner or friend, or even in a small group.

Our Personal Trainers will provide a complimentary consultation where they will assess your current exercise and lifestyle habits, and suggest a plan that’s relative to you. 

We have a variety of Personal Training options to suit everyone and want to make Personal Training as accessible as possible for everyone so you can be the best version of yourself.

Pay as you go, commit to getting fit with our 12-week package options or add Personal Training to your membership as a regular service.

My name is Aidan, I’ve been working at Swan Pool for over a decade,
mainly as a class instructor.

I always enjoy watching my clients achieve their goals no matter what it may be, and seeing my clients enjoy exercise and achieving new personal records. The workouts I provide are always designed specifically for you, to your needs and goals.

Hey! I’m Lauren, a personal trainer with a huge love for health, fitness, and training.

Alongside my experience working in gyms, I have undertaken numerous courses to continue building on my skills and improve my knowledge.

Whatever your goal, I will be there to guide you and help you achieve it. We will work together to level up your training to get the results you are after and start building a healthier lifestyle.

Lui Cirillo

Hi I’m Lui, a personal trainer with over 30 year’s experience in the fitness industry.

I used to be a national power lifter and when I was younger, I served in the Italian military so health and fitness has been in my life since I was young. In my 30 plus years of training clients I’ve seen many different goals and I love seeing my clients elated to achieve them.

I love meeting new people and helping them make exercise and training fun and enjoyable. If you see me in the gym don’t be afraid to say hello.
