• The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ.
• The "Meet Mr Quinton Quackers!" is open to members of any MORE Leisure Centre who have commented the 4 correct locations on the Facebook post.
• The duration of this promotion is between 04-07-2025 - 13-07-2025
• The winners of the prize draw will be selected week commencing 14-07-2025.
• Entries for the "Meet Mr Quinton Quackers!" on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
• Winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The prize is for 2 adults and 2 children to go swimming at Swan Pool and Leisure Centre.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or alternative prizes.
• Winners will be notified on Facebook and are required to call the centre on 01280 817500 to obtain the prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and Serco shall be entitled to select another winner via random draw under the same conditions.
• If a winner rejects their prize, or if their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited, and Serco shall be entitled to select another winner via random draw.
• The prize draw is not open to Serco Leisure Operating Ltd employees.
• Serco will use and take care of any personal information provided in accordance with its privacy policy and current data protection legislation. By entering the prize draw, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw. (Data policy can be found on leisure centre websites.)
• The prize draw offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
• Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse to offer the prize to the winner for a justifiable reason
