4 Week Pass 2025 Competition

• •    The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ
  •    The “4 week pass competition" offer will run between 6pm Monday 28th April 2025 to 11.59pm on Tuesday 29th April 2025.
  •    Entries for the “4 week pass competition" on behalf of another person will not be accepted
  •    One entry per person will be allowed
  •    11.59pm on Wednesday 30th April 2025
  •    Four winners for “4 week pass competition" will be chosen at random from all the correct entries that successfully guess all four locations pictured on the Swan Pool and Leisure Centre Facebook Page competition post n accordance with these terms and conditions.
  •    The prizes consist of one 4 week health & fitness membership pass. There are four passes to win, one per winner, with four winners selected.
  •    The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  •    The winners will be notified via Facebook. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Serco Leisure shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize)
  •    If a winner rejects their prize, or their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Serco Leisure shall be entitled to select another winner by random draw
  •    Not applicable to Serco Leisure Operating Ltd employees or active Swan Pool and Leisure Centre members.
  •    Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice
  •    Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse to offer the prize to the winner with justified reason
