Come down and take a look around, try a range of activities and meet our fantastic team - they'll be on hand to answer all of your questions. Plus, we’ll have exclusive offers available across the weekend! 

Don't worry, you don't need to be a member of our leisure centre, or have visited us before to get involved over our Big Open Weekend. The best part, you can bring the family along, a friend, or just pop down on your own.

Dive into some splash-tastic fun at our Big Open Weekend with taster swimming lessons for the budding future Olympian or just pop in for some splashing-good family fun in the pool. 

Taster Swimming Lessons

Do you have a little splasher who is curious about swimming lessons, or a duckling ready to take their first splash? Our taster swimming lessons are the perfect chance to dive in. 

Our friendly teachers will help build confidence and try new skills in a fun, stress-free environment.

Step inside our gym, and say hello to our fantastic fitness team. Whether you're a fitness newbie or returning after a break, our Big Open Weekend is all about letting you have a go. Our team will be on hand to guide you through the gym, they'll help you hope onto the equipment and make sure you feel fully comfortable in our gym. 

Plus, you'll get complimentary access to our Boditrax on the day, this will give you instant insights to your body composition and our team will help you understand your results so you can set personalised goals that work for you. It's a quick and easy way to kick-start your fitness motivation.

1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.
